7. Information about you will be stored as an electronic database or in manual records. This will be published from time to time in the Register. This information will not be passed directly to third parties.

In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alternation, damage or destruction.

If you access the members pages, you are consenting to:
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address, and details of the Vauxhall 30-98 you own, being held electronically by the Register & included in a Register that will be sent solely to other Vauxhall 30-98 owners in accordance with GDPR principles.
- The publication and sharing of historical details of your car(s) as held by the Register if requested by other 30-98 owners, and published in the Register from time to time
- Receiving communications from the Registry concerning Register events and Newsletters
