30-98 Register meeting Luton: 5th September 1964

A significant 30-98 Register event took place on Vauxhall's Brache sports ground in Luton on 5th September 1964. The occasion was to mark the completion of the restoration of OE268, which had been acquired for Vauxhall's Heritage collection in the 1950s. Circa 40 Edwardian & Vintage Vauxhalls participated: see list. The company produced a bespoke enamel badge to mark the occasion, which was well reported in the press and professionally photographed.
